Education and Licensure
I received my BA in Pre-counseling from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago in May of 2008. I was awarded my MA in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology in June of 2012. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (12103A) and I am also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate in North Carolina (LCAS-21688).
I have worked in the field of mental health in North Carolina since 2013 in various capacities in multiple settings including outpatient, inpatient and in-home settings. Throughout my internship and professional experience, I have counseled children, adolescents, and adults using interpersonal, psycho-dynamic, relational, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, person-centered, solution-focused, expressive/art therapy and Brainspotting (Phase I, II, and III). I have worked with individuals, groups, couples, and families.
